Being a Paralegal I am interested in law and keeping up to date on the news laws of renting and buying property.  Nolo is the only source for complete guides In the area of these legal issues that I believe “hit the mark.”

The best part of reading this book is it is the “how to do it” resource for renting property.  I have rented apartments all of my life, so being on the “other side of the legal fence” I have learned a lot.  This book helped me to realize the responsibilities of renting to “anyone” and what it means in detail.  You often hear the words, “it takes money to make money” and in the current economic times of (2011), I believe this is the best time to invest in any property business deal.  If you look at this with the end in mind then the future will hold a profit for anyone who invests.

  1. Dear Get Reading Now,

My wife and I have recently published a book
about our 26 years in the Landlord business.

It is available on Amazon.com for the Kindle (download)
or in print. The Title is “Landlord Follies”.

    Please give it a try.
It is sometimes funny and sometimes scary.
I’m sure that you and the visitors to your web site
will find it to be a very interesting book.
