We cannot change situations but we can change how we re-act in them or to them. Being in a hurry will not create what we wait upon to come quicker. Slowing down is the answer to life’s peace. Acceptance is key. Narrow down your problem or problems say the serenity prayer and then work on them in baby steps. Learn to admit your problem accepts it and then things can change. Just affirm you created your current situation either consciously or unconsciously, take responsibility for it, and become willing to change.
On a Word document or paper create six boxes:
Put in each box, what is it you like to change or working on improving.
Example, “Increase income.”
Write in journal your “immediate actions”
Write any situations and challenges you are facing. Next to each one, write one simple
action you can take immediately to help you resolve that situation?
1. Accept your situation
2. Shift your attitude
3. Decided to act
Now you need to BELIEVE in your Dreams and that you can do something about your situation.
SECRET: if you feel stuck and think you are a victim of circumstances, you first need to change your belief to one of possibility and power.
This is a great book. It is a self-help book which helps you create the life you really want. It reminds a lot like Law of Attraction! I would give this book to anyone who wants positive change with results now.
